- Late Check-out Fees: $25.00
- Late check out (after 11:00 AM and before 1:00 PM) may result in a fee.
- A full refund will be administered if the cancelation is made 5 or more days prior to the check in date. Any reservations canceled less than 5 days prior to check in is non-refundable.
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
- All guests shall abide by Wanderlust’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
- No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Any evidence of smoking inside the room will be charged an additional $100 fee.
- Guest is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy
